experiences. Refund eligibility depends on the type of course or service
enrolled. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund window
mentioned at the time of enrolment.
Refunds may not be applicable for courses where a
significant portion of content has already been delivered or accessed. Any
approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a
reasonable timeframe. Lvalues reserves the right to assess refund requests on a
case-by-case basis.
